Center Philosophy

We believe that each child is unique and has an individual pattern and timing for
growth, as well as individual personality, learning style and family background.

Children's sense of self worth derives in large part from their experiences within the
family. We would like to be an extension of you to your child. Our concern is
supporting and strengthening  the family through childcare. We welcome parents to
be a part of this educational process by providing us regularly with information on
your family background, experiences and culture.

We believe that learning should be fun and in an environment in which each child is
encouraged to develop completely as a trusting, self-reliant, independent,
communicative and loving individual.

The methods of guidance used by our teachers are designed for prevention of
conflict rather than punishment. Positive guidance is provided by praising acceptable
behavior, reflecting children's feelings and diverting their attention to appropriate
activities.
